The Draper Utah Temple was dedicated in 2009. We attended the open house in February of 2009. We didn't first attend this temple until 2011. It was my 21st temple. Located at 14065 Canyon Vista Lane in Draper, this temple is visible from the freeway. In fact, with its situation on the mountain, you can see this temple from many spots in Salt Lake, including from the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. I have attended this temple a few times. It is a large and beautiful temple with emaculate grounds. In 2022 our family went to Draper to perform baptisms. Then in 2023, my daughter Rebecca and I went to the Draper Temple together right before she left on her mission.
We found a fun place to eat near the Draper Temple. It's called Cultivate Craft kitchen. It was a bit pricey, but the food was delicious.
